Our Story
The Whale Tea Manhattan was born from a simple conviction: in a borough that races from one appointment to the next, the most radical act is sitting down for a properly steeped cup of tea.
We source loose-leaf teas from small estates across Asia and Africa, roast our own spices, and bake every pastry in-house each morning. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just honest ingredients and the kind of hospitality that makes a stranger feel like a regular.
